I’m still on a high from photographing Itzel, who’s 35 weeks pregnant with her little one and looking straight up gorgeous! We headed over to an Humble studio, where we were able to utilize tons of natural light. Needless to say, from the location to the clothing to the light and beyond, every element came together to make for some incredibly beautiful images.
Before her session, Itzel was feeling pretty excited about our shoot together.
I am all about that dress – aren’t you? FLAW-LESS! You make my job easy, Itzel, and it was an absolute pleasure to hang out with you and your family and photograph you during this sweet time of your life! I’m so excited for your little one to arrive!
Christmas in July has finally arrived and all Christmas sessions have been opened for booking. We are not gonna let this virus ruin our fun. Sessions will be far apart enough for sanitizing. I fell in love with the new Christmas setup, so light and simple I am in love. This set up is called Sparkle Holiday and you are able to book a mini session here.
Spring Minis will start in March with our Easter House. Bring your little ones to have this holiday celebrated. This year I am offering two options, Micro Minis and Minis. Micro Minis include 15 minutes and 5 digitals. Minis include 30 minutes with 10 digitals. All sessions require a deposit of 50% the total cost of the package, yes it's non-refundable, the remaining balance will be due the day of your session.
Turnaround time will depend on the amount of images your package comes with or if you upgrade your package. However, the images will not take more than 2 weeks for delivery. You will be able to see the images immediately after your session, so I suggest to bring snacks and even juice for the kids since this process may take a while. And most families do upgrade to other packages, if this is something you are interested in seeing, contact me and I will send you pricing on add on packages.
***VERY IMPORTANT INFO***
These sessions are not meant for newborns. Newborn sessions take a lot of time and patience and will require a separate session booking. Contact me for more info on a newborn session.
HAPPY NEW YEAR 2020!
I am glad to be back for another year. I had my first session yesterday and I realized there are a few things I need to add to my resolutions for this year. I will be adding prep documents for my customers to read before their sessions. Usually I don't like to bombard my clients with a lot of reading materials, but maybe a short reminder of what to have ready before the session would be nice. Maybe? Let me know what you think in the comments.
Well here is my first session and I have to say, Baby Vic made me work for it. Poor baby. We started real good, smiles all through the first part of his session. As soon as he had his outfit change for his cake smash, it all went down hill. There was nothing we could do to calm this baby down. We came to the conclusion that he didn't like my floor. So we tried a second time later in the day with back up, we had family trying their hardest but it didn't work. We did our best, but we still got some amazing pictures and a crying one too, because it's a memory we will cherish.
My second favorite holiday is coming soon, but has already arrived at my studio. February is my favorite month, not only because it's my birthday month, but because of Valentine's Day. This year I am offering 3 mini session events, Love Gone Country, Cupid's Kisses and Love Shack. Children of all ages are welcome to participate and so are couples. These minis will be available all month of January up to February 14th.
Every year I try to bring something lovely yet good for both genders. I feel all three sets provide that. Kids can throw rose petals and just have fun. Kids will receive a valentines cookie after their session. Various props will be available for use. Dresses are available for rent. Go ahead and book a spot for your kiddos.
Hi gang! Today on the blog you get to meet Jordan, this bundle of sweetness. This session took place in my home studio, and I was able to capture some of my favorite images to date!
I loved that we used the mocca flokati and wrap from Luneberry in this shoot, because it matched his skin tone perfectly.
Not to mention, it total helps to have such a photogenic baby in front of the camera! Umm… can you say baby model? That face!!
Thanks again for giving me the honor of photographing baby Jordan, Mom and Dad! You’re going to be amazing parents to this sweetheart.
It's hard to believe that this was my 9th time photographing the very sweet baby Emma. I still remember just how tiny she was when I photographed her during her newborn session.

I truly cannot put into words just how much I enjoyed photographing this young lady over the last year. Every session, she had changed so much, and the same is true now that Emma is a whole 12-months old! Mom says Emma is already talking and walking.
Crazy how fast they grow up, huh?
Okay, that's enough talk for now. Here's Emma in all her 1-year-old glory!
